Yes. Marlowe Place is a pet-friendly apartment community in Charlotte. We welcome dogs, cats, and other pets up to a combined weight of 85 pounds. There is a one-time pet fee of $325 per pet and a monthly fee of $25 per pet (prices subject to change). Our community also features a pet-washing station. 

Marlowe Place is proud to offer our residents 24/7 emergency maintenance. Maintenance requests can be made through our online portal. 

Yes, all of our studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments have an in-home washer and dryer. 

Yes, every floor plan includes a patio or balcony for residents to enjoy private outdoor space. 

Yes. Our community offers complimentary surface parking for residents, and electric vehicle charging stations are available on site.

Absolutely! Residents at Marlowe Place have access to a fully equipped fitness center, yoga studio, and resort-style swimming pool. These amenities make it easy to stay active without leaving the property.

Yes. Our community is located near the Arrowood LYNX Blue Line Station, making it easy to travel to Uptown Charlotte and other areas along the light rail route.

Uptown Charlotte is approximately eight miles from our apartment community. Most residents can reach the city's business district, entertainment venues, and sporting events in about 15 to 20 minutes by car.

Marlowe Place is located near I-77, I-485, and South Boulevard, making it easy to travel throughout Charlotte. The nearby Arrowood LYNX Blue Line Station also provides another commuting option for residents traveling to Uptown.

Yes. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is about seven miles from Marlowe Place, making it a convenient location for frequent travelers or airline employees.
